The staff was great. They let us check in early and answered all our questions with a smile, but the room was just a bit too cramped for comfort. When we got to our Standard King Room, it was nice to find a clean and comfy bed, though I did wish for more space to walk around!

The room felt cramped and storage options were frustratingly limited!!! The bathrooms are uncomfortably small, making basic hygiene a challenge!!! Soundproofing between rooms left much to be desired, so bring your earplugs if you hope to sleep!!!

The room was spacious with a comfy bed and they had a nice little breakfast buffet that was better than I expected. I loved relaxing in the lounge area and taking advantage of the cozy common spaces to unwind after a long day. One small thing I missed was a fridge in the room. it would’ve been handy, though it didn't dampen my overall experience. 😊

The decor at Ibis had a delightful charm, and the accessibility for everyone, including seniors, was well thought out with easy navigation throughout the hotel. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, making our stay truly enjoyable.

The location of Ibis was particularly advantageous, being right next to the Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof, which made commuting very efficient. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the bed provided a restful night's sleep. In addition, the friendly staff readily provided assistance when needed, enhancing the overall experience during my work stay.

Had an amazing trip with friends. We visited the Old Town and enjoyed some fun at AQWA Walldorf. The hotel location is perfect for exploring, just steps from the train station. The staff is super friendly and the cleanliness is top-notch. Expect small rooms, which are fine for short stays. Breakfast is also a nice touch, so grab it before heading out!

One downside was that the walls are thin, and we experienced some noise from the neighboring room. At one point, it got a bit distracting, making it hard to relax after a long day.
